You can check if a patient was sent an appointment communication via the messages tab of the patient summary. All messages sent to a patient will appear listed here with the most recent at the top.

Clicking on the date will open details of the message and allow to to check the content.

You can also see information on which communications have been sent for a specific appointment by going to the appointments tab of the patient summary.

Selecting an appointment will open the appointment details, and under Appointment History, you will be able to see what communications have been queued and sent.

You'll also see if any communications have failed from within WriteUpp or if a patient didn't receive anything as they had not been opted in:
