Before you can upload a file for a patient via the mobile app, you must have selected them as your active patient. 

It's also important to note that only images from either the camera or gallery on your device can be added as attachments via the mobile app.  Documents will need attached via the web-based version of WriteUpp.  

If you have documents saved on your mobile device that you'd like to upload to WriteUpp, you can do this by logging into WriteUpp using the browser on the device!

To add an attachment for a patient:

Tap on the menu icon at the top left of the screen and select Attachment:



Complete the attachment details including a description and a keyword, and set if you would like it to be visible to yourself only (and site administrators).  Then tap on Camera to take a photo or Gallery to use an existing image from your device:



Once you've selected an image, you'll see a preview on screen and can tap Save to upload the attachment:



You can download the WriteUpp app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
