If you didn't have a clients mobile number at the time they were sent a form, you will need to add one for them on the client summary in order for the access code to be sent.

If a client contacts you because they've received the below message online when clicking on the form link, it's really easy to update their details to allow a code to be sent:



To add a mobile number to a client:

Find the client within your WriteUpp account, go to the client summary and click on Edit Details.

Add their mobile number to the Mobile Phone field in the Contact Info section

Click on Save Changes to save the number to their record

Once the mobile number has been added, you should ask the client to click on the link within their email again. When the link is clicked, we'll check again for the mobile number and once it's been added, the code should be sent.
