How do I calculate the price that I will pay?

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We’ve no interest in tying you up with long term contracts. We want you to continue to use WriteUpp because you love it! You pay one month in advance for as long as you want the service. There are no cancellation fees and you can extract your data anytime you want.
Who needs a licence?
Regardless of who uses WriteUpp in your practice it gains value and efficiencies as a result of using our software. Consequently every user needs a licence no matter what role or function they undertake in your practice. We price WriteUpp very modestly given the breadth of functionality and service that we offer. We also discount the per user price with volume.
What should I do if my PayPal profile has been cancelled?
If your PayPal profile has been cancelled you will receive an email both from PayPal and WriteUpp telling you. What this means is that PayPal has been unable to take payment for your subscription using the PayPal account that you provided. To resolve this issue: Ensure that you have resolved the problems that you have with your PayPal account. When you buy traditional software you install it on your computer and in most cases you pay a small monthly/annual sum (normally a % of the initial purchase price) for technical support. Why do I need to unsubscribe?
If you're reading this article its probably because you have decided to leave us and asked us to cancel your account. Firstly, we're sorry to see you go but good luck with whatever system you use going forwards. Secondly, apologies but we can't cancel your account for you. How is WriteUpp licenced?
You pay a monthly subscription fee for each WriteUpp user and for any add-ons (like Online Booking) that you wish to licence. Add-ons are licenced on a monthly basis and are not based on the number of users. Subscriptions start at £14.95/user/month (ex VAT) You can cancel your subscription at any time and there are no cancellation fees.
If I pay by Direct Debit what will I see on my bank statement?
Payment from WriteUpp will appear on your bank statement as "GoCardless Ltd" (Our Direct Debit provider) There will also be a reference of "WRITEUPPSUBS" to help you recognise that the payment was us.
Unable to complete subscription due to PayPal problem

How do you resolve a suspended PayPal user profile?
When you subscribe to WriteUpp we create a PayPal profile for you. This profile describes the service(s) being provided, the price and the frequency of payment. If you have skipped a payment (say, due to an expired card) PayPal will try twice more (over a period of 10 days) to take payment and then it will cancel your profile.
