How do I find old records in WriteUpp?
If you need to locate old patient records that you have in WriteUpp, you can use the Data Hygiene tool:
Go to Tools under "Settings & Tools" in the burger menu
Select "Data Hygiene"
From here you can search for patients based on the length of time since you last made a material change to their record (i.e wrote a note, created an appointment or completed an assessment)
Having identified records that are older than 6 years, for example, you can then click on “delete” by each record and delete them. If you are unsure if you should delete a record please take legal advice or contact your professional body
