What happens to my data if I stop using WriteUpp?
If you unsubscribe from WriteUpp your account will remain accessible until the expiry date of your subscription. You can see when this date is by going into the account section in settings - see below: If you stop using WriteUpp for whatever reason you can export your data until the expiry date. Importing Data into WriteUpp
How do I import data into WriteUpp?
When loading client data into WriteUpp, you can use the data import tool to bulk import your client demographics and create a client record for each one. You can import as many clients as you need, but for security and performance reasons, there is a limit to the number of records you can import at one time, which is 500. If you have more than 500 clients to import, you will be able to do this in batches one after the other as long as each one contains no more than 500 rows. Keep in mind
How much data can I upload into WriteUpp?
Within WriteUpp, there is no limit to the amount the amount of data you can store within your instance. As we are a cloud based service everything is upload to our hosting platform, Microsoft Azure, who don't limit us in the amount of data. However we do place a restriction on the size of the attachments which you can upload into WriteUpp which is **8mb. **You can upload as many as you like, but each one must be smaller than 8mb in size.
