How do I amend or delete an expense item/template?

To change the details of an expense template or to delete it:


Go to Settings, then Expenses



Click on the three horizontal dots at the end of the row

Choose to either Edit or Delete the item from the menu

To delete an expense item for a client:


Select the Active Client

Go to Create -> Invoice

Scroll down to the list of expenses and click the Trashcan icon at the end of the row of the expense you would like to delete:



Click Yes to confirm the action. The expense will then be removed

You cannot edit an epense item for a client once it has been created. If you needed to make a change, you would have to delete it and start again.
