How do I change my bank details when I pay by direct debit?

GoCardless:


If you currently pay via direct debit (on GoCardless) and would like to change your bank details, follow the steps below:


  1. Open up Settings from the main menu


  1. Click on the Account tab


  1. Under the Your Account header, click Reveal next to 'Bank Account':



  1. Your bank account details will be displayed. Click the Change bank details link


  1. A pop-up will appear asking you if you are sure you want to proceed, click Yes


  1. Complete the direct debit mandate and click Set up Direct Debit


  1. Your bank details will be updated


Stripe Billing:


If you're on Stripe billing, managing payment methods for your WriteUpp subscription couldn't be easier...


  1. In WriteUpp, head to Settings -> Account tab.


  1. Under mechanism, click on the Access portal link next to "Stripe":


  1. This will direct you to the Stripe portal, where you can view details of your subscription, download invoices and manage your payment methods.
