How do I increase the number of users in my subscription?

If you’re on a Solo plan, you won’t be able to increase the number of licences, as this plan is limited to one Clinical user and one Non-clinical user. Only the Clinical user requires a paid licence.

You’ll need to change plans if you require more licences than this. 

On Group plans, you can increase the number of Clinical user licences using the steps below. Non-clinical users are unlimited and don’t require a licence.

For Flex plans, your subscription must cover all active users on your site - both Clinical and Non-clinical users require a paid licence. If you’d like to invite additional users, make sure your subscription includes enough licences by following the steps below.

To increase the number of licences in your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings -> Account

2. Click into the Licence(s) field and select the number of users that you require:

3. Click on the green Update Subscription button at the bottom of the page

4. Confirm you wish to update your subscription in the modal

5. You can then invite new users to your account. You can invite as many as your new subscription allows.
