How do I increase the number of users in my subscription?
Your subscription must cover all users on your site, so if you wish to invite more users, ensure your subscription allows this first.
To increase the number of users in your subscription, follow these steps:
Go to Settings -> Account
Click into the user(s) field and select the number of users that you require:
Click on the green Update Subscription button at the bottom of the page
Follow the instructions to confirm the changes to your payments
You can then invite new users to your account. You can invite as many as your new subscription allows.
