How do I reduce the number of users in my subscription/account?

If you’re on a Solo plan, you won’t be able to reduce the number of licences, as this plan always includes one Clinical user and one Non-clinical user. Only the Clinical user requires a paid licence.

On Group plans, you can reduce the number of Clinical user licences using the steps below. Remember: Non-clinical users are unlimited and don’t require a licence.

For Flex plans, your subscription must cover all active users on your site - both Clinical and Non-clinical users require a paid licence.

If you would like to reduce the number of paid licences in your subscription/account, you first need to make sure that you have de-activated the users that you no longer want to have access to the system. You can’t reduce your subscription to fewer licences than the number required to cover your active users.

Once you have deactivated the users, all you need to do is go to Settings -> Account and select the number of active user licences that you require from the Licence(s) field. Once you're happy, click on the green Update Subscription button at the bottom left of the screen.

After clicking on Update Subscription, confirm the action in the modal and your subscription will be updated.

Please note - deactivating users within your account will not automatically adjust your monthly payments. You must also follow the steps to reduce the number of users you are paying for as part of your subscription.
