How do I set up Treatments in Online Booking 2.0
If you would like an Appointment Type to be available in Online Booking 2.0, then that’s easy to manage:
Not made the switch from classic Online Booking to the new and improved version? The process is simple -> Switching from Classic Online Booking to Online Booking 2.0.
In WriteUpp, go to the Main Menu -> Settings -> Scheduling -> Appointment Types and click on the Edit link at the end of the row of the Appointment Type you would like to make available in Online Booking:

Important: Only Site Administrators have access to settings for Appointment Types. If you do not have this user role, please speak to the Site Administrator about setting up an Appointment Type in Online Booking.
You will see an ‘Available for Online Booking’ switch for the Appointment Type towards the bottom of the screen. Toggle it to the right to turn it on.

If you don’t see this switch, add Online Booking to your subscription to get started today!
Once the switch is on, new fields will appear for Online Booking:

Firstly, use the ‘Payment required when booking’ switch to determine if you would like clients to have to pay for the appointment in Online Booking.
Read here for more information on setting up prepayments in online booking.
Below that, enter a 'Display Name' and an optional 'Display Description'.
This is the information that will be shown for the Appointment Type on the Homepage of your Online Booking website. Ensure you accurately describe the Appointment you are offering.
Upload an image for the appointment, if you wish.
When you are happy with the Online Booking details, look above to the ‘Who will offer this treatment?' section - now would be a good time to check which resources are ticked for the Appointment Type. Make sure that you have selected all of the users who should be available to offer this Appointment Type in Online Booking.
If you have multiple locations enabled, you should also check that you have selected which locations you want the Appointment Type to be available in:

You will also need to ensure that Online Booking availability is switched on for these users (and locations).
Press Save
Head to your Online Booking website and check that you are happy with how the Appointment Type looks there. Appointment types will be shown on the homepage of your Online Booking site:

If you have multiple locations enabled, then you will also need to set up user timetables, to ensure availability is shown for each user at the correct location. You can read about setting up multiple locations in Online Booking here, and how to timetable availability here.
If you do not use multiple locations, you can read about adding location details to Online Booking for your practice here.
