At the time of writing this article (Mid 2018), most browsers have tightened up their security/fraud detection capabilities, most notably Safari. Your availability in Online Booking is a function of the availability in your WriteUpp diary (and your timetable if you have multiple locations). If you want to make some specific time unavailable to patients as a one-off (i.e. for holidays, staff unavailability or meetings), simply book a Non-Patient Appointment in your Diary. This will block out this time and will not return it as available in Online Booking.
