Can I freeze my account?

Unfortunately, we don't provide the option to freeze your account. Given the modest monthly sum we charge, we don't offer this facility, as we'd still need to cover the costs of holding your data.

However, if you do need to pause your account for any reason, please do get in touch with us via email (support@writeupp.com) or live chat at the bottom of the page and we'll talk you through your options.
