Disconnecting Wibbi from WriteUpp

If you wish to suspend use of the Wibbi integration across your site, it’s really easy to do so...


To disable the Wibbi integration, but maintain the connection in the background:


  1. Head to the main menu -> Integrations & Add ons and click the green configure button in the Wibbi section:



  1. If you are already integrated, you will see a red Disable Wibbi button at the top of the screen. Click it:



  1. Click Yes in the modal and the integration will be disabled. Users on your site, including yourself, will no longer see the 'Open in Wibbi' option in the Active Client dropdown or the 'Sync Wibbi' button on the Files tab.


If you disconnect this way without deleting the clinic or deactivating any users, it means if you wish to one day enable the integration again, everything will already be set up for you and you can continue where you left off! We will remember the clinic that was added, which users were active and retain any client links to Wibbi, so you will not need to do any of this again.


To disable the Wibbi integration and remove all connections:


If you wish to completely remove the connection to Wibbi, then this takes a little extra work:


You must first remove all client links to Wibbi for the clinic you wish to remove. You can do this from the Patient tab of the Patient Summary in WriteUpp. Click ‘Edit details’ and scroll down to the Wibbi section and click 'Remove link':



If you do not do this, then you won't be able to delete the clinic they are connected to.


  1. Once you have removed all client links to the clinic you wish to delete, head to the main menu -> Integrations & Add ons and click the Configure button for Wibbi.


  1. Scroll down to where the users on your site are listed and click Deactivate user next to all the users you wish to remove from your Wibbi account:



Warning: if you deactivate a user from within Writeupp, they will be removed from your Wibbi account. Only do this if you wish to delete the user in Wibbi.


  1. Then, click the Delete icon next to the clinic. Confirm the action and the clinic will be removed:



  1. If you do not wish to add a different clinic, then simply click the red Disable Wibbi button:



  1. The integration to Wibbi will now be disabled and all connections to users and clients will have been removed.


If you choose to remove the connection to Wibbi, then you will no longer be able to create new clients and link them to Wibbi from within WriteUpp, or sync new exercise programs to the Client Summary in WriteUpp.
