How do I remove a patient from a list?

You can remove a patient from a list in two places:


  • From the Patient tab of the Patient Summary
  • From the list itself under Main Menu -> Lists


Patient Summary


  1. In the Patient tab of the Patient Summary, click on Edit Details to open the record in an editable state:



  1. Scroll to the Lists section, where you'll see the lists you have defined. A ticked box indicates that the patient is a member of that list:



  1. Remove the tick from any lists that you'd like to remove the patient from, then click Save Changes:



  1. The patient tab will then be updated to show which lists the patient remains on:



Main Menu -> Lists


  1. Go to Main Menu -> Lists:



  1. Click on the list you want to remove a patient from:



  1. Then find the entry relating to them, click on the 3 dots at the end of the row and choose 'Remove from List':



  1. The patient will then be removed from that list:
