How do I set up Multiple Locations in Online Booking 2.0
If you have multiple locations enabled in your WriteUpp site, then this article will explain how to make these locations available in Online Booking 2.0, and how to enter address details for them.
Not made the switch from classic Online Booking to the new and improved version? The process is simple -> Switching from Classic Online Booking to Online Booking 2.0.
If you are unsure about what your location settings are, then head to Main Menu -> Settings -> Organisation, and you will see the ‘Enable Multiple Locations’ checkbox. If it is ticked, then you already have multiple locations enabled in your WriteUpp site:

Important: Only Site Administrators have access to the Organisation tab under Settings. If you have any other user role, then please speak to the Site Administrator about managing locations in Online Booking.
In your WriteUpp site, go to Main Menu -> Settings -> Organisation and you will see a list of your multiple locations (if you already have some created).
Click on the Edit link next to a location that you wish to make available in Online Booking. You can also create a new location, using the ‘+Add location’ button:

When you are editing or creating a location, you will see an ‘Available for Online Booking’ switch. Toggle this to the right to turn it on:

If you don’t see this switch, add Online Booking to your subscription to get started today!
When this switch is turned on, fields for Online Booking will appear below. Complete the 'Display Name', 'Address' and 'Postcode' fields for the location (these are mandatory fields):

There is also a ‘Directions’ field, which can be used to add some more information about getting to the practice, if required.
When you are happy, click Save.
Repeat the steps above to set up all locations that need to be available in Online Booking.
Head to your Online Booking website and check that you are happy with how the location details look there. If you only have one location set as available in Online Booking, then you will need to click on the ‘More info’ link in the Appointment Summary to view the details of it:

For WriteUpp sites with multiple locations enabled, availability for users in Online Booking will be based on their timetables. If you do not set up a user’s timetable, then no appointments will be shown for them in Online Booking. You can read more about setting up availability in a multiple location site, here.
