How do I view my bad debts?
To view invoices marked as Bad debt in WriteUpp:
Click on the menu at the top left of the screen and select Finance from under 'Business Views':
On the Invoices tab, select Bad Debt from the 'Status' dropdown:
Click the blue Update button next to the dropdown, and this will return all invoices marked as Bad debt.
You can also filter invoices on the Account tab of the Patient Summary. Selecting 'Bad debt' from the Status dropdown will show all invoices marked as Bad debt for the Active Client.
