How to resubscribe to WriteUpp
If you have unsubscribed from WriteUpp and later changed your mind, or we have failed to receive payment meaning your site has been unsubscribed, then it is possible for you to resubscribe from the Account tab, as along as your site has not been deleted.
Resubscribing couldn't be easier, here's how:
- To access the Account tab, go to Settings -> Account or select Account Details under the main menu. If your site has been unsubscribed, the Account status will be "Subscription - Cancelled":

- Check the expiry date below this. Once the expiry date is reached, you will no longer have full access to your site and the only screen you will see is the Account tab to resubscribe. 45 days after the expiry date, your account will be deleted and you will no longer have the option to resubscribe.
- If you wish to resubscribe, simply click the Resubscribe button at the bottom of the Account tab:

- You will be taken to the ‘Restore Subscription’ screen. Choose which plan you would like to resubscribe to WriteUpp on (read more about the plan types offered here).
For Flex and Group plans, you need to specify the number of licences required (read more about licence requirements for the 3 plan types here). Then click ‘Subscribe now’ for your preferred plan.
- Complete the steps to set up payment
- If this is successful, your site will be resubscribed with all your data retained. Check the Account status, it should say "Subscription" and you should see payment details below:
