Can I give my notes a title?
Yes, when creating notes for a patient you can use the Label field to add a title:

This will then be visible in your list of notes within the Notes tab of Patient Summary:

This field allows you to add a different title for each note, alongside the keyword used to categorise the note. It should help you to identify the note you are looking for if you have a need to review past entries over the course of a patient's treatment.
