Connecting Wibbi to WriteUpp
Wibbi (formerly Physiotec) is an online rehab exercise & patient interaction app that motivates your patients, optimises your workflow and spotlights your brand. Making it easy to build and share home exercise programs, empower your practice with the tools for success today. Once integrated, you’ll be able to automatically create clients in Wibbi from WriteUpp and capture a PDF of their assigned programs back to the client record.
Contact Wibbi and inform them that you wish to integrate your Wibbi account with WriteUpp. They will then be able to connect your Wibbi account to our WriteUpp entity, allowing the integration to work. Please do not contact us about this, as this must be done at Wibbi’s end. WARNING: If you don't do this, then the integration will not work!
If you do not have a Wibbi account yet but wish to set one up so you can use the integration, please contact Wibbi. They offer a free trial and will speak to you before setting this up. To make it easier, you could mention to them then that you wish to integrate with WriteUpp!

Ask Wibbi for the CLM ID of your primary clinic (if you have multiple clinics, that is the one you use most). Or, you can find this number at the bottom of the screen in your Wibbi site, in the middle of the footer with the prefix ‘MC’. Keep this number safe, you will need it to set up the integration within WriteUpp.
If you have multiple clinics within your Wibbi account, then make sure you know the CLM IDs of these too, as you have the option to link multiple clinics to WriteUpp. However, for the initial set up, you will only need to enter the CLM ID of your primary clinic.
You are now ready to connect!
Go to the main menu -> Integrations & Add ons and click the green Configure button in the Wibbi section:
You must have the user role of a Site Administrator to connect WriteUpp to your Wibbi account. If you do not see the Wibbi integration, speak to the Site Administrator about setting it up.
Click the Enable Wibbi button:
This will open the 'Clinic Details' section. Click Add Clinic:
Enter the name of your primary Wibbi clinic and the CLM ID of that clinic (enter only the numbers of this ID, you can discard the ‘MC’ prefix). Press Save:
You will see the clinic added with all of the users on your WriteUpp site listed below. We've demonstrated this with a test site:
Click the Add User button next to all users that you wish to create in your Wibbi account, including yourself! Or just select yourself, if you are the only user in WriteUpp.
Please note: It is not possible to connect a WriteUpp user to an existing Wibbi user. Therefore, you must create a new user in Wibbi for them using the ‘Add User’ button in WriteUpp. You can manage your users and delete any duplicates from within your Wibbi account (but ensure you keep the one connected to WriteUpp!). This is to do with the way Wibbi is set up and is nothing to do with us, so please contact them if you are having any issues with this.
Once the user has been added successfully, the ‘Add User’ button will change to a ‘Deactivate User’ one:
You can read more about managing Wibbi users from within WriteUpp here.
If you then head to your Wibbi account, you will see the new user(s) added there.
If needed, you can edit user access settings from within Wibbi once the user is added, as adding them from WriteUpp gives them access to all clinics. Again, for more information on this, please contact Wibbi.
Warning: The user must be added to Wibbi in this way for them to be able to use the integration from within their own WriteUpp site!
Once you have added a WriteUpp user to Wibbi following the steps above, they will be able to start using the integration in WriteUpp!

Syncing Wibbi programs to WriteUpp
Now you are all set up, you can add your other Wibbi clinics to WriteUpp, if you have more than one. To do this:
Head to the main menu -> Integrations & Add ons and click the green Configure button in the Wibbi section. You should see the Wibbi integration enabled and your primary clinic should already be added, along with any users who wish to use the integration. If not, follow the steps above to do this first.
Then click the Add clinic button again to link a second clinic
Enter the name of the second clinic and the unique CLM ID for that clinic
Press Save
You will now see the second clinic added. Follow the above steps to add as many clinics as needed:
You do not need to add users again to other clinics, as they will already exist in Wibbi from when you first added them. If you need to edit user access to a clinic, then you can do this from within Wibbi.
If you have added more than one clinic, then you will be given the option when you create a Wibbi client from within WriteUpp, which clinic you would like to link them to.
