Creating a note from an appointment
Because you can link notes to appointments in WriteUpp, we've provided a shortcut to creating a note when viewing an appointment in your diary.
When viewing appointment details from your diary, click on the link icon at the top right:
This will open a screen detailing whether anything is currently linked to that appointment, with a Create Note option at the bottom:
When using this option, we'll also auto-populate the appointment date and time for you 😃
If linked notes have been created, you'll see these listed on screen ordered by the create date with the type (keyword) of the note and the user who created it, along with the Create Note option:
