How do I add IPA Phonetic Symbols to my Notes?
WriteUpp includes a number of phonetic symbols, which can be inserted when composing notes in WriteUpp for clients.
To add these to a note:
From the formating toolbar, click on the Insert Phonetic Symbol icon:
The phonetic symbols available to you will then be displayed:
Click on one of the symbols and it will appear in the text field at the top of the modal (you can also type any additional characters that you require)
You have access to a few formatting options here too
Once you have selected and formatted your characters, click Insert
The characters will then be placed into your note where the cursor was
Complete your Note and click Save
If you are composing your notes in full screen mode, you'll need to revert back to the standard view to be able to use the phonetic symbols option
