How do I see the version history of a note?
Once you have created and saved a note, you can view a full version history of it, allowing you to see what changes have been made, who made them and when. To view the version history of a note...
Under the Notes tab of the Patient Summary, click on the Created date of a note to open it.
At the bottom of the screen, click on the View History icon:
You will then see a modal detailing the history of the note, and a preview of the content:
Clicking on the Eye icon within a line will open up that particular version of the note, as it was when it was saved:
You won't be able to make any changes to the historic versions here. To modify the current version, click Back at the bottom of the screen to return to the note in its current editable state.
You can revert a note back to a previous version at any time by clicking on the Revert to version icon next to the Eye icon
