Can I purchase text credits during my 30 day trial?
During your WriteUpp trial, you may wish to try out some of the functionalities that use text credits, including:
Automated Appointment communications
Text verification in Online Booking - optional extra security to allow you to verify the identity of clients booking online
Direct messaging
Smart forms
Two factor authentication setup
Please note that trial sites do not have access to the SMS messaging tab under Create -> Message. Due to security reasons, you will only gain access to standalone SMS messaging once you have subscribed.
To get you started, you have 20 text credits included with your WriteUpp trial account, but you have the option to purchase additional bundles of 50 credits, via card or PayPal, if you would like to. Additional larger bundles are available as a subscriber.
When you reach low text credits (5 remaining), you will receive a notification of this in WriteUpp
Within the notification, there will be a link to buy more SMS credits. Click this link
This will direct you to the buy credits screen
Click on the 50 bundle to select it, then click on the PayPal button to pay using a PayPal account or the debit or credit card button to enter your card details:
Follow the instructions on screen to complete your purchase. Once the payment has gone through, you will see a confirmation on screen:
Click on the x at the top right to close this notification, and you'll be taken back to the Account tab within WriteUpp. Navigate to Create -> Message -> SMS and you will see behind the block that the text credits have been added to your account:
