Purchasing video minutes during during your 30 day trial

During your free 30 day WriteUpp trial, you get 1000 free video minutes to use, allowing you to thoroughly test out the video consultations functionality.

If you require additional minutes, you can purchase more during your trial period via PayPal, by logging into an existing PayPal account. Alternatively, you can check out using a credit or debit card.

Only users with the role "Site Administrator" can purchase video minutes

If your video minutes start to run low, you'll see a warning message when you open the video consultation screen. This is done from the appointment modal using the Switch to video icon:



If you have enough minutes to start but not to finish the call, you'll see a warning message here which contains a 'buy more' link:



Clicking on the buy more link will take you to a list of the video minute bundles available to purchase:



Once you've chosen a bundle, you'll be able to click on the yellow PayPal button:



Log into an existing PayPal account to pay:



Or click on Debit or Credit card:



And enter your card details to pay:



The video minute will then be applied to your account and you should receive an email receipt from PayPal, if this was your chosen payment method.
