Can I change my URL?
When you sign up for a free 30 day trial, we automatically create a URL for you. So for example, if you sign up with a generic practice name like "Physiotherapy", you'll be assigned a URL with physiotherapy and some number appended after it, such as: https://physiotherapy87586.writeupp.com - this isn't a real account! If you decide that you want to subscribe to WriteUpp, the chances are that you might want a more brand friendly URL. We recognise that your time is precious and so when you sign up for your free 30 day trial, we automatically log you straight into your account. Here at WriteUpp, we ask every user who takes out a trial with us to verify their email address before they can use certain features. This is an important security measure. I've just taken out a trial with WriteUpp, how do I verify my email address? If you require additional minutes, you can purchase more during your trial period via PayPal, by logging into an existing PayPal account.
