How do I log into my 30-day trial account?
We recognise that your time is precious and so when you sign up for your free 30 day trial, we automatically log you straight into your account.
As part of this process, we ask you to create a password for your account and we also send you an email with the following information:
Your unique URL
Your username
If you wish to search for this email in your inbox, it will have been sent from support@writeupp.com with the subject ""Important: Your WriteUpp Account". Please be aware that sometimes this email may be in your spam folder.
Note: This email won't contain your password, as this is unique and personal to you, set (by you) when you originally signed up for the trial.
To log into WriteUpp you can either:
Open the email that we sent you and click on your unique URL. Then login using your username (specified in the email) and your password (which you set when you first signed up for the trial)
Go to WriteUpp.com and login using your username (specified in the email above) and your password (which you set when you first signed up for the trial). We will then automatically log you into your unique URL.
We recommend bookmarking your unique URL to make signing into your account quick and easy
A Few Things to Note:
Your secure login credentials are sent to the email address that you specify when you first sign up for the free 30 day trial. If you don't provide a correct or valid email address, you will not receive this important information.
If you haven't received your login details please check your spam filter
If you have forgotten the password that you set when you originally signed up for your free 30 day trial, just click on the "Forgotten Password" link on the login screen. We will then send a temporary password to the email that we have on record for you.
If you haven't yet signed up for a free trial just go to writeupp.com/sign-up and enter your details.
