Any notes which are in a Draft status can be edited or added to at any time.
In order to modify an existing note:
Click on the Notes tab of the patient summary
Choose the draft note you'd like to add to or edit
The note will then open, allowing you to make the necessary changes
Click either Save And Continue or Save And Exit to save your changes
Notes can only be edited whilst still at "Draft" status. If the note has been manually or automatically "locked" and made read-only, it cannot be edited. "Locked" notes will have the status "Read only", and cannot be unlocked.
