How do I create a client SMS message template?

To create an SMS template for standalone messages, simply follow the steps below:

Click Create -> Message:



Select the SMS tab.

Click Manage Templates next to the 'Select Template' dropdown:



Click +Add Template:



Give your template a name

Enter the content of the message.

You can also add variables using the 'Variables' dropdown, which will be populated with the relevant information when the message is sent.

Click Save Template at the bottom of the page:



Note: You can see an indication of how many credits you will use under the message content box. Please be aware that the number of characters in your actual sent messages might be different once the variables are populated:



Now, when you go to Create -> Message -> SMS, you will be able to select this template from the dropdown:
