How do I edit or delete a template for a Direct Message?

Templates for Direct Messages are managed from the Direct Message modal. To edit or delete an existing template:

1. Head to Create -> Message:

2. Go to the Direct Message tab. Click on the Send Direct Message button:

3. Select a recipient from the available list:

3. Select Manage:

4. Select the template you would like to change (or delete) from the list:

5. Make changes to the template - edit the title, content and/or variables, as required. Then, click Save:

8. Or to delete the template, choose Delete and then 'Are you sure?' to confirm:
