How do I insert variables into documents?
You can use variables to insert content into Notes, Document & Message templates. For example, you may wish to insert a Date of Birth (DoB) into a standard letter.
To insert a variable, open the note or document and click on the VAR button in the toolbar:
You'll then see a list of the available options.
