How do I opt patients out of Email/SMS appointment communications?

If your patient has provided you with a mobile number or email address and you don't want them to receive appointment communications by either method of delivery, you can untick the relevant checkbox once the details have been entered.

To do this, go to the Patient tab of the Patient Summary and click Edit Details.

Head to the 'Contact Info' section and untick the checkboxes:
