How do I send a text message (SMS) from WriteUpp?
Before sending any SMS messages, you must ensure that you have some text credits. If you don't, you can find out how to purchase them here.
Warning: Sites on trial do not have access to standalone SMS messaging. This is an important security precaution. Once subscribed, you will gain full access to messaging in WriteUpp.
Click on Create -> Message:
Select the SMS tab.
Specify the recipient.
Make sure that the recipient of the SMS has a mobile number recorded for them (in WriteUpp).
Select a template (if there's one you'd like to use), or type a message. You can use the 'Variables' dropdown to quickly insert information into the message:

Click on Send.
Any text messages sent via this route, will also be added to the client's record in the Messages tab, so you always have everything on record:
