How do I turn off all confirmations/reminders for an appointment?

If you would like to turn off appointment communications for a particular appointment, this can be done at the point of booking. 

When confirming the appointment details in the diary modal, clicking on Mute will stop any communications from being sent out for that appointment:



This will affect all of the communications due to be sent for the appointment, including messages regarding a change or a cancellation. For recurring appointments, communications for all appointments in the series will be affected if the appointment is muted when it is booked.

Alternatively, if you choose Edit details, you will see advanced options for preventing confirmations/reminders from being sent for that particular session:
