Printing to PDF

Printing to PDF is very straightforward for either PC (running Windows) or Mac.

On PC

If you are on a PC running Windows 10 or above, you can print to PDF directly. Simply click print, and then select Save as PDF from the 'Destination' options:

However, if you are using an older version of Windows, you will need to install a free download to do it. There are lots to choose from (just Google "print to PDF") - one we recommend is CutePDF, which we find works well. When you have installed the software, you just need to select the CutePDFWriter as your printer and it will save it to the destination you specify.

On the off chance that you have Adobe Acrobat (not the Reader) - you can print directly to PDF, or you can also select Email PDF. The latter will automatically start up your preferred email client with the file attached.

On Mac

There is nothing to download on Mac, as the software required to 'print to PDF' is part of the operating system. All you need to do is select the Print to PDF option whenever you print.
