The default SMS appointment communication templates defined within WriteUpp are:

New recurring appointment
Change appointment
Delete appointment

If, for any reason, you need to revert your communication templates back to the default, you can do this by:
Copying the relevant template text above
Logging into WriteUpp and going to Main Menu -> Settings -> Scheduling -> Appointment Communication
Click on SMS Templates at the foot of the page
Click on Edit alongside the template you would like to change
Paste the copied text into the content field, then click Save template
