What are the default SMS appointment communication templates?

The default SMS appointment communication templates defined within WriteUpp are:

New appointment
New recurring appointment
Change appointment
Delete appointment
Delete recurring appointment
Appointment reminder
New video consultation
Recurring video consultation
Video consultation reminder


The default content of each of these is listed below.

These templates can be quickly and easily customised to your practice, which you can read about here

If for any reason you need to revert your communication templates back to the default, you can do this by:

Copying the relevant template text above

Logging into WriteUpp and going to Main Menu -> Settings -> Scheduling -> Appointment Communication

Click on SMSl Templates at the foot of the page

Click on Edit alongside the template you'd like to change

Paste the copied text into the content box, then click Save template
