What happens if I run out of text credits?

If your SMS credit balance reaches zero:

• SMS confirmations and reminders will no longer be sent to clients
• Direct Messages and Smart Forms (with SMS access codes) cannot be sent
• Online Booking identity verification via SMS will be disabled

Low Credit Warning

When your balance drops below 50 SMS credits, you'll receive a low credit notification.
