What happens if I run out of text credits?

If you run out of SMS Credits, no SMS Confirmations or Reminders will be sent to your clients and you won't be able to send any Direct Messages or Smart Forms.

Clients will also not be able to verify their identity on Online Booking via SMS. 

If you drop under 50 SMS credits, you'll receive a notification that can be viewed by clicking on your username:
