Can I back-date my notes?
For compliance reasons we record the exact date/time when you make the note and not when the session took place.
Whilst we understand that this might be a little frustrating, we do it this way so that it's not possible to retrospectively enter a note a long-time after a session, say in the event of litigation.
However, WriteUpp does have a feature which allows you to link a note to an appointment. This makes it easy to see from first glance what appointment a note relates to.
