Can I change my URL?
When you sign up for a free 30 day trial, we automatically create a URL for you. So for example, if you sign up with a generic practice name like "Physiotherapy", you'll be assigned a URL with physiotherapy and some number appended after it, such as:
https://physiotherapy87586.writeupp.com - this isn't a real account!
If you decide that you want to subscribe to WriteUpp, the chances are that you might want a more brand friendly URL.
Say your practice is called "Cherry Tree Wellbeing", as long as no one else is already using the URL, we could change your URL to something like:
https://cherrytreewellbeing.writeupp.com
We don't permit multiple changes of URL but if after subscribing you want to change your trial URL to something more meaningful, we'd be happy to help. Just contact the Help Desk at support@writeupp.com or via live chat and let us know what your current URL is and what you would like to change it to.
