How do I create more Document Templates?
In WriteUpp, users with the role of Site Administrator have the ability to create custom Document Templates.
In order to do this:
Go to Settings -> Docs
Click on the Create New Template button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the 'Document Template Builder' page
Enter a Name and a Description for the Template
Enter the details of the document in the editor
Select any variables that you wish to insert into the document by clicking on the VAR button in the editor. These will be automatically populated with the client's details when you use the template.
Clicking on the 'Show advanced options' link allows you to edit the event trigger. If you select 'New appointment' from the dropdown, then this document template will open after every appointment you book. You can read more about triggered documents here.
Once you are finished, click Save
This template can then be selected from the Document Gallery when you go to Create -> Document.
