What are the default email appointment communication templates?

To help you get started, we have added a number of email templates for appointment communications to your account already. The default email appointment communication templates defined within WriteUpp are:

New appointment
New recurring appointment
Change appointment
Delete appointment
Delete recurring appointment
Appointment reminder
New Video Consultation Confirmation
New Recurring Video Consultation Confirmation
Video Consultation Reminder

The default content of each of these is listed below.

New appointment

These templates can be quickly and easily customised to your practice, which you can read about here.

If, for any, reason you need to revert your communication templates back to the default, you can do this by:

Copying the relevant template text above

Logging into WriteUpp and going to Main Menu -> Settings -> Scheduling -> Appointment Communication

Choose Email Templates from the foot of the screen

Click on Edit alongside the template you would like to change

Paste the copied text into the content box, then click Save template
