If you unsubscribe from WriteUpp your account will remain accessible until the expiry date of your subscription. You can see when this date is by going into the account section in settings - see below: If you stop using WriteUpp for whatever reason you can export your data until the expiry date. Can I see examples of the reports/charts?
Please see below for examples of the reports currently available within WriteUpp under Business Views -> Reports. || These reports are designed to provide information on full months. When you enter a "From" and "To" date, the results will display everything included in the start month and end month (and any months in between) regardless of the date chosen. For example, entering a "From" date of 10/04/2022 and a "To" date of 10/05/2022 will show you results from 01/04/2022 to 31/05/2022. ReportSome readersWhat activity information is available?

Importing Data into WriteUpp
How do I import data into WriteUpp?
When loading client data into WriteUpp, you can use the data import tool to bulk import your client demographics and create a client record for each one. You can import as many clients as you need, but for security and performance reasons, there is a limit to the number of records you can import at one time, which is 500. If you have more than 500 clients to import, you will be able to do this in batches one after the other as long as each one contains no more than 500 rows. Within WriteUpp, there is no limit to the amount the amount of data you can store within your instance. As we are a cloud based service everything is upload to our hosting platform, Microsoft Azure, who don't limit us in the amount of data. However we do place a restriction on the size of the attachments which you can upload into WriteUpp which is 16MB per file. How do I export data out of WriteUpp?
You can export data out of WriteUpp for your records or for further analysis using our Data Export Tool.
